We developed a comprehensive Power BI solution for MWH that transformed their financial data tracking and reporting process. By implementing a highly efficient and optimized data model, MWH gained real-time access to project metrics by district, company, and individual job levels. This eliminated the need for manual Excel exports and significantly reduced reporting time. Power BI’s capacity to handle large datasets, combined with automated data refreshes, ensured that all reports were current, eliminating the risks associated with outdated information. Additionally, row-level security was implemented, providing controlled access to different user groups, ensuring data confidentiality and accuracy.
